Project Summary

This project consists of the development and earthwork for the new Campus Expansion Facilities of Santorius Stedim Filters located at Susua Baja Industrial Park, Yauco, Puerto Rico


The project includes approximately 200,000 cubic meters in cut to fill, borrow material under buildings and structures, special undercut excavations and base for parking and roads.


The Scope

  • Preparing subgrades for slabs-on-grade, walks, pavements, lawns, and plantings.
  • Excavating and backfilling for buildings and structures.
  • Sub-base course for concrete walks and pavements.
  • Base course for asphalt paving.
  • Dust and Erosion Control.
